Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products Policy
Since IIN offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (online test series and educational content), we generally do not provide refunds once the product is purchased and access has been granted. By purchasing a test series, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We care about our students. Refunds may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:
- If a technical error prevented you from accessing the test series after successful payment, and our support team failed to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- If a duplicate payment was made for the same course/test due to a technical glitch.
3. Cancellation
As this is an instant-access digital service, cancellation is not applicable once the payment is processed and the test series is added to your account.
4. How to Request Support
If you face any technical issues (e.g., money deducted but course not assigned), please contact us immediately with your transaction ID/Payment Proof.
